Becca joined @properties commercial division in 2011 after four years with another brokerage. She brings with her a unique knowledge of the hospitality industry and restaurant/bar transactions. Becca has also owned and operated her own restaurant, located on a busy grass airfield on the island of Martha’s Vineyard. Her experience with both commercial real estate and hands on restaurant/bar operations lends to the success of her clients.

Becca is a graduate of the University of Illinois. She currently resides in the Forest Glen neighborhood of Chicago, and loves where she lives.

Larry Cohn is a Senior Broker with over 30 years of experience, has leased well over 2,000,000 square feet of office space, and most importantly he is a “born and raised” Chicagoan. When asked what his secrets are to Chicago commercial real estate, he stated he doesn’t keep any. “From the moment I meet a client, I become more than their broker, but their consultant, confidant, and resource. I don’t just lease office space; I extend my hand and with a firm grip I give value to every investment my clients make.” says Cohn.

Larry has been awarded year after year for his excellence in high commercial volume. He sets the bar earning CHICAGO ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS 2014 PLATINTUM status for number of commercial leases and  ranking #1 for highest production of leases with @properties in 2013, 2012 and 2011. His work as VP of The Lurie Company and as Director of Leasing and Sales for Cape Horn Group is where he honed his reputation as a broker of integrity and respect.  With a Masters in Commercial Real Estate and an RPA, he is an active member in BOMA/CHICAGO, COLBA and the Chicagoland Chamber of Commerce. He has developed relationships with Allstate, American Express, Baird & Warner, Belmont Bank, Builders Bank, Chicago Film Office, Crusade of Mercy/United Way, Dimension Data, DreamWorks, to name a few.

Deborah Richwine has been living and working on the North Shore of Chicago for 28 years. Debbie has been a successful real estate broker for the past ten years. Previous to her work as a Realtor, she worked in the financial services industry as a stockbroker. This experience has translated into her understanding of the housing and financial markets and how they are linked.
